I downloaded nfc action from the App Store on my iPhone 5s but it still won’t let me connect to bluetooth on my phone or nfc actions app I’m frustrated what do I do now ?

We have not been able to recreate this issue. You need to turn on the reader, and just open the app and it should connect. Try confirming that your bluetooth is working also.
