I recently purchased multiple Floble plus readers to use with a third party app. How do I configure the reader to push the data from the NFC token to the app?
Hi Devon,
A few questions:
Is it iOS or Android?
By ‘push the data’ do you mean using web requests or communicating on the device?
Have a read through of this section of our docs. You can configure NFC Actions on iOS to send to a IFTTT webhook. Communicating between apps on iOS is only possible if you are the developer of both apps. Let me know how you get on and if this suits your needs.

I am using iOS. I am looking for communication between apps, but I am not the developer of the app. If I understand you correctly, I will not be able to make the FloBLE communicate in this situation?
As a follow up, would the inability to communicate between apps apply to all NFC readers where the device does not come with the built-in capability?
Hi Devon, were you able to solve your issue?
Richard, I ended up speaking with someone from Flomio and found out that I would not be able to get it to function the way I wanted it to because I was not able to integrate it into a 3rd party app. I had to send my readers back for a refund. That said, I returned the readers on 1 March, and still have not had the purchase refunded yet.
Hi Devon, refunds can take some time to process but shouldn’t take that long. Can you send me your order number so I can look into it and make sure your refund is getting processed?
best,
Richard
64728. Have tracking back to you if you need it as well.
Sent you an email with the refund details.
best,
Richard
