No LED light when installing battery

Hi,

I just received my Flojack yesterday and installed the battery but there was no LED light showing the calibration. Is my Flojack defective?

BTW, I wanted to see the video on Setting up the Flojack but it is a Private YouTube video. Can you do something about it?

Hi there,

I went ahead and made the video public (I had no idea it was private).

For the battery issue, please double check that the battery is being installed correctly. There should be no issues with the KickStarter FloJacks as they have all been individually tested and tuned.

Hi, I’ve tried removing the battery and replacing it with a new one but there is still no blinking led light to detect it is working or calibrating. Could you advise me on what to do? I also realize there is a chip on the outside plastic when the FloJack arrived at my doorstep.
