No Shipping methods available

I was trying to place an order and the cart says there are no shipping methods available. Strange, since I have am an existing customer that you have shipped to before in Charlotte, NC. Is there a bug in your online store shopping cart????

Hey Chris, thanks for letting us know. I checked the checkout cart myself and saw what you pointed out. Our latest site upgrade must have broken our shopping cart software. You should be able to checkout anyway and if so, the shipping will be covered by us. Otherwise, I’ll let you know once we’re able to fix it. Probably won’t be until tomorrow though.
