Noir and the SDK

Hi, We are having some trouble with our Noir.

We wanted to use it with an Android app that we have however the link on your site for SDKs other than iOS just takes us to a form which we submitted but have not had a reply from.

We attempted to use the same code as we had for another of your products (FloBLE Plus) however that does not work with the new reader (FloBLE Noir) (When we try and use that code we get a not supported error).

Hello Seb, the FloBLE Noir has a different interface driver than the FloBLE Plus so only some features in our SDK are supported. That being said, we don’t support Android natively for either of the devices. I would refer you to the native driver documentation to implement your solution here.

I have same problem using the Noir on iOS Basic SDK. The app works with the Plus but does not work with the Noir. Are there any different configuration options I need to set. Should I be able to use the same code for both the noir and plus.
