Hello, I placed an order on April 13th and selected overnight shipping. I have not yet received my order and it is now 4 days since the purchase.
Please refund the overnight shipping and update the order status.

Hi Daniel, your order came in April 13, 2018 @ 5:57 pm which is after our fulfillment center is closed. We processed you order first thing Monday morning and was sent FedEx overnight as you requested. You tracking number information is:

Was this information published anywhere along the purchasing process? It seems disingenuous to offer overnight shipping but not disclose that there are specific cutoff times.
We have notes on each product page with “please allow 5 days for order handling” but I will now add more explicit details of fulfillment hours of operation in order to remove all confusion going forward. We are in the process of graduating to Fulfillment By Amazon and will be able to more effectively service last minute orders.
