I ordered 2 items in March, and I do not receive it yet. My order number is: #49594
Can you help me what is the problem? Where is my package???

Hi Zoli, your order shipped over a month ago and you were sent a order confirmation with the following shipping info:

It seems that as of April 8th the package has been awaiting clearance in Hungary’s customs. Please contact them with your tracking number to locate the package. We’ve had some packages returned to us but will need to check to see if your was one of them.
I already did this and they said, they are sended it back.
So what is next?

That’s unfortunate. Once we receive it back we will need you to charge you for postage again to resend it. You can send $30 for USPS Priority or $60 for FedEx International Priority via PayPal to info@flomio.com. Then post your transaction conformation # on this thread for processing.

@Zoli, the fastest shipment service we offer is FedEx International Priority. Delivery time can vary but I suspect it may reach you by Friday. You can send $60 to info@flomio.com via PayPal and we’ll send it out Tuesday (Monday is a US Holiday).
