Getting my FloJack to work

This FloJack arrived with no instructions and no packing slip. We can not get it to work with an iphone 5 running 7.1.2 or an older ipod. Neither device recognized that anything was plugged in to it.
We found a video and watched it, but it related to a round FloJack that needed a battery. This is square one and we cannot find a battery door.
We are trying to make if work with a program called “workerscan”.
If you cannot help us get it to work I would like to return it.

The FloJack v2 you received is most likely fully functional and you just need to follow some steps to get it to work for you. These steps include some programming but we’re here to help you through them. To get familiar with the device you can follow steps detailed here.
