Dear flomio team,
a while ago we placed a order at your shop (November 11, 2013, Order #5185, 2x NFC Band-Aid for a Nexus 7 v1) but never received any goods. we paid 143,95 $ with paypal in November 2013…
So – now we need the two NFC Band-aids rather urgent, because the project finish line is upcoming. I’d be very happy, if you could send them to us and tell me shortly about the estimated shipping-time for our order.

August 14, 2014 at 10:02 am #9851Hi Jens, seems your order was put on hold by mistake. Will will be able to ship out your order this Monday, Aug 18th. You will receive an confirmation email with USPS tracking information once your order has shipped. It will take 5-10 business days for international shipping.

thank you for your fast reaction! If you send them on monday and it’ll take 10 days it’ll be just in time for my deadline. So I’m looking forward for the UPS tracking informations and I’m happy so far…

unfortunately nothing arrived until today. Perhaps there are some customs-problems in Germany? I’d be very happy, if you could send me the tracking number (the tracking number was unavailable in your last mail).

we located the order at the german customs and managed to get the goods. But now another problem is up to date: We ordered two nfc patch kits but you only send one. Se PLEASE could you send us our complete order asap?

September 11, 2014 at 9:24 am #14970Apologies for the trouble. I pack these myself and take care to make sure the packing list is accounted for. You should have received 2 ziplock bags with an NFC Patch Kit in each of them. Can you send me a pic of what you actually received?
