Hi, I made an order a couple of months ago. The product haven’t been shipped yet, I want to cancel the order. How can I do it?
Hi Francesco, because of the nature and scale of our business we can’t honor refunds at this time. We are getting products in stock next week and will ship your order then. Sorry for the inconvenience.
