Dear Customer Service,
We wanted to test your devices on our NFC chipped products, however your App (iOS) didn’t read our chips using the devices we ordered. We would like to send the items back and get our money back, thank you for your confirmation.

Hi Francis, I’m showing you ordered FloJack v2 but I’m not showing that you are part of our Test App group… perhaps you were attempting to use the NFC Actions app on the App Store which is only compatible with the first version of FloJacks v1. You can send us your Apple ID email address and we can share the Test App for the FloJack v2 hardware. That will allow you to prove out your use case.

Thanks for your reply. It will probably not work because our chips use ISO
15693 as a norm, your reader is ISO 14443. The person who ordered these
readers didn¹t know about this, so unfortunately we¹re not going to be
able to use them.
Is it possible to send them back and get the amount reimbursed?

Hi Francis, unfortunately you’re passed the 30 day return period where we honor refunds. We work really hard to be transparent with our customers while balancing our needs as a business. I could offer you store credit if you’d like. This can be applied towards the purchase of FloBLE Mini, which is a reader prototype that we have available that supports ISO15693 natively in hardware. We are still working to expose the ISO15693 command set in the Flomio SDK so it might not meet your project timeline. We would need at least 2 weeks of development time to add it as well as a commitment of enough sales to cover that investment at this time.
