Hello Flomio Team,
Thank you for bringing NFC capabilities to iOS. We love your product.
Just put in the order #57275 to showcase the product in a tradeshow. The tradeshow is this friday. Is there any way to upgrade the shipping of my order with an expedited one. Would be great if we can receive the devices overnight or 2day shipping. Couldn’t find the option while purchasing the product.

If you want this service you can PayPal $40 to info at flomio dot com and reference your order. More details on our flat fee policy here. If we don’t hear from you before tomorrow, your order will ship via USPS as ordered.

Just received the fedEx shipment but the package was empty and it was open. We refused the package. Can you please try to find out what’s going on?
Also, it might take a long time for fedEx to resolve this and we need these devices for an event this weekend. Can you send another shipment for us to receive tomorrow?

November 16, 2016 at 12:33 pm #57339Ughh. That sucks. I’ve filed a claim with FedEx to see if we can get a refund. You can review that here.
