Hi, one of the devices (ACR1255 bluetooth) is showing serial numbers 000000000000000, can you provide me a flash tool to update this, and also I need to set the sleep time changed.

Hi Naga, you can download the ACR1255U-J1 Flash Tool from here. However, it will not give you the ability to change the device serial numbers or change the sleep time. For that you will have to send us your corrupted reader for repair. The sleep time is configurable through our Flomio SDK.

Hi Richard, I did download the flash tool and re-flashed once of the devices (bought from London), device successfully reset but I am not able to see the original serial number, instead it shows all zeros.

The device which I got from you (I have not used and not re-flashed) is showing serial number all zeros, might be defective piece.

Do you mean, this flashing tool can not show the original serial number once we re-flash?

Hi Naga, yes the flashing tool is unable to recover the unit serial number as that is stored in a protected area of memory. You will need to send these defective units back to us for them to be repaired. Please include the original packing label with your return so we can honor a replacement device to be sent to you.
