When can I expect my order to arrive? I have yet to receive a tracking number since the order was placed on the 9th of June?

Hi Stuart, your order hasn’t shipped because we are out of stock of the 41″ cable and waiting for more to arrive from the factory. You will receive a notification with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Hi Richard,

Thanks for getting back to me. Do you have an ETA on this, really need it ASAP for a project event at the end of the month. If the 41″ isn’t possible, the 6″ (if in stock) would do the job in the short term.

The factory told us it would be 4 weeks about 4 weeks ago but we never really know because our volumes are so low we tend to be lowest priority for them. We have plenty of 6″ cables in stock if you’d like that for now.
