The status of my order is complete and I have gotten a tracking number on 05/28. Yet, the order has not yet been shipped according to the USPS site. When are you going to ship my order?

Hugo, sorry for the delay. Seems we made a mistake handling your order. We will prepare it once again and send it to you. This will need to go out next Tuesday so you will receive it towards the end of next week.
