Hi! I placed my order 1st of Aug and have not received the HW yet. I cannot find the tracking number (USPS) in any of the confirmation mails I received from you – can you help me?
Hi Mats, I have been trying to get a hold of you via email regarding your order. I touched base with Mattias H. about it as well. In order to prepare your PassNinja reader hardware we need some details from you. For this reason, we first work with beta customers over Slack to understand their project expectations and details before shipping anything. I sent you an invite to our Slack channel in August but have yet to see you join us there. Have you not seen the Slack invite? I can resent it? I have also sent an invite to Mattias H. after chatting with him over email but he also hasn’t joined. Perhaps Slack invites are getting blocked by spam filters?
