Hi there,
I ordered a FloBLE Noir on the 24th of October to ship to the UK, but it has not arrived yet. From the tracking information, it appears to have arrived in at Heathrow, but has not been seen since for nearly 2 weeks. The ParcelForce site doesn’t have any additional info, and USPS says that for lost international parcels, the sender has to start the searching process.
Would you be able to provide any assistance?

Hi Dom, sorry for the trouble. It’s not often that it happens but USPS -though the cheapest shipping option we offer- can have this problem with international parcels. The issue is your local customs agent is likely holding on to your package waiting for you to cover import fees. You will need to contact your local customs office and provide the USPS tracking number to find out how much you need to pay to clear it.
