We have a big Problem. The items from this PO received our customs but unfortunately I was ill for 3 weeks and now it was sent back to you.
Our customer Needs them as fast as possible so how can we go on to get them once more?

Hi Anette, we haven’t received your returned order yet. If you’d like us to send another you can send $120 via PayPal to info at flomio dot com and we can FedEx it to you. Please reference your order number in the PayPal description.

Hello Anette, your order still hasn’t been returned to us but no matter. Just send us the $120 via PayPal to info at flomio dot com and we’ll ship your order once again via FedEx. We hope that you’ll be able to satisfy your customer needs.
