Can not pair on my Samsung Galaxy S6 Plus with OS 6.1
When I try I get Paring Rejected by ACR1255U-J1Where are there any Paring instructions for Android for that fact where in the heck is a manual for ACR1255U-J1 and I’ve purchase with the FloBLE Plus : NFC reader w/ SDK for Mobile (#FLO17805) that I thought was supposed to be a Pro version.
Where do you get support? There is no support link on your web page.
Anyway just mad, because nothing is working.
What can I do at this point.

February 5, 2017 at 10:57 pm #58504I went out to Bestbuy and tried to pair this unit with any tablet I could find. Every tablet could not pair the unit. Either give me some assistance or this gets returned.

February 7, 2017 at 7:38 pm #58522i think you can’t pair it as a bt speaker, you can only pair/use it with the applications made for it.
Try it with the sample application on Google play.

They use a version of Bluetooth called Bluetooth Low Energy which implements “just works” pairing. In other words, with the right app the device is found and paired automatically.
We currently have a Test app that allows us to test out the functionality of all the readers we sell. You can download the latest beta version of the from Google Play here.
Test it out with your FloBLE Plus (ACR1255U-J1) and let us know if you have any issues. The app is useful to create the tag content parsing sequences. Once you have your sequences set, then coding it with you dev using the Flomio SDK is pretty straight forward.
best,

ACS Smartaccess App does pair with flomioFebruary 12, 2017 at 1:21 pm #58553Hi Wayne, the test app supports android 4.4 and above. So make sure your devices are updated accordingly. About the crash, I need some help from you, if you are able to report the incident in the dialog that Android presents it would be very helpful to find the problem. That will automate an email to us with the details of the crash.
Check if the Bluetooth is enabled, also will be useful know what version of the app are you using… The current test app is in development, I am working adding features every day, so for now, we only pair with the FloBLE Plus and log tag scans. I am trying to make it stable and cover several cases… the next feature to add is using the native NFC with the same interface.
glad to help,
