Can you please explain why you are not responding to order status requests?
I have sent three emails over three weeks and not had the courtesy of a single response.
Please provide me with an urgent update.
Mark, my sincerest apologies. It seems your emails have been going to Spam and I just realized it after seeing this post. Your order 62747 is still on hold as we are waiting for 41in cables to come in from the factory. We placed the order on May 7th and they told us there would be a 9 week lead time. I will keep you posted if I hear any further updates from the factory.
