Problem with Order #53007

Hello,

I finally received my order, but I received it at my initial address.

You tell me i need to pay 45$, for received my order at my new address because USPS have a problem with my address initial address.

I don’t know why I have paid 45$ to received my order at my first address.

I order a flomio NFC Patch Kit on 06/17/2015.

So i send you this message :“I’m very disapointed because I sent you 2 mails about my order 53007 without any response.
I don’t understand why my order it’s currently in Miami ?
Can you help me ? It’s very urgent !

And you response me this message :
” Hi, we are flooded with email every day so we work best on the Forums. Your order shipped out on June 18th and it seems to have been rejected by your local post office as having an incorrect address. You can see all the tracking information here:

And this Mail : “Hi , you order # was recently returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address. Please review the return package here. USPS Priority Domestic Shipping: $15
USPS Priority International Shipping: $45
FedEx Priority International Shipping: $120
Please reference your order # in the PayPal payment along with a note that you want your order reshipped.

No, i don’t find solution. i paid twice shipping charge for my order and i don’t know why ?

So, i need a refund of my USPS Priority International Shipping: $45
