Hi,
I placed my order on 6 september 2013.
I have been waiting for almost 7 months to receive my order.
So far, no news, no communication from your company.
I do understand that you face issues with production. But the thing is that I do not need any more the items I have ordered…
Could you please me explain how to get a refund for my order ?

Hi Raphael, you can follow our latest news on our blog. Our latest post talks about the progress we’ve made with the FloBLE and the process of swapping your FloJack order for FloBLE’s instead. We have FloJack’s in stock but stopped shipping these to customers since they only work with iOS6-based devices. More on issues with iOS7 here. If you still want your FloJacks, let me know as we have these in stock. We just won’t be supporting iOS7 for them.
As far as refunds go, we don’t offer that with pre-order items as we have to place manufacturing orders in bulk to achieve our lower price points. So once we start a run with the factory we effectively spend all the money from the pre-orders.

For your reply, now, I have changed my shipping adress. Is it to possible to correct if for my order ?
Besides, would you have any expected delivery date ?
You can update your address from your “My Account” dashboard. Simply log in and scroll to the bottom of your profile page.
The FloBLE development is still coming along. At our current pace, I don’t see units being shipped out to customer until end of summer 2014. We are trying to get more resources to help speed up the work but times are tough at the moment.
