Hello
I’d like to formally request a refund for the Pro SDK on the grounds that it simply doesn’t work with the current version of XCode. This is unacceptable for our development process. I’ve tried to resolve it in this thread, but there has been no answer to my inquiry about where to send a non-working sample project: https://flomio.com/forums/topic/x86_64-architecture-missing/
I also tried reaching out for a refund via e-mail last week, but this also has not been replied to.
We bought a Floble Reader as well, but given that shipping is almost as much as the reader (plus the hassle) we won’t be sending that back, so you can keep that money. This way you also don’t walk away from above troubleshooting completely empty-handed.
In case you’re wondering about alternatives, we’ve simply moved on to using NFC scanning on the Android platform instead, as most of those devices ship with a working NFC scanner built right in.

Hi Nicolai, I’m sorry you are dissatisfied with the Pro SDK. It was designed to on arm7
architectures rather than x86
ones. We have been consistent about this with customers on the Forums for years. Because of the nature of how the Pro SDK is built with hardcoded licensing, we are unable to provide refunds after it’s been delivered. I’m happy to hear that you were able to solve your problem with the Android platform, it’s definitely a better option if it meets your requirements.
