I ordered some antennas and bluetooth readers, after I received them I did some testing and did not see the results as advertised, so I mailed the items back along with a note explaining that the items did not work for me. I sent the items back with tracking that showed it arrived on January 15 2019 today is the 23 of January and in spite of several phone calls and emails following up my refund for the returned merchandise, I have no answer about my refund. My calls are met by voice mail and not returned by either phone nor email? whats up guys?
customer service includes prompt refunds. If you customer is not satisfied with your products. you also advertise great support and customer service, how long does a refund take?
