Register devices

Hi,

We purchased 3 ACR1255u-J1 devices earlier this year, it would appear these devices were not registered and our developer advised us to contact you to register the other devices after registering the one we sent them with you. The two device serial numbers are RR330-001693 and RR330-002389, please can you advise when these can be added to enable us to use them.

Hi Colin, what was your order number for the 3 devices you purchased? I tried looking for it based on your email but only found a purchase of Flomio SDK Basic (order 60903). Did you mean to purchase SDK licenses for units RR330-001693 and RR330-002389??
