I need to return my purchase it didn’t work for what I needed it to work for.
Could you tell me how I can return my product?

If products arrive defective or unwanted, you have 30 days to return:

Thank you for the reply, but the packing list only states for defective products, not for general returns.

FedEx has attempted to deliver my returned item to your office several times but it seems no one is at your office to sign for the package or your office was closed. They tried delivering it on 8/17 at 2:02pm, 8/18 at 12:54pm and 8/19 at 1:43pm. Please advise a solution so that I may be able to return this for my refund. Thank you.

The tracking number is 654487650066. They attempted delivery this afternoon for the fourth time at 12:29pm this afternoon.
Due to the many attempts to deliver our package, FedEx will no longer deliver the package and is now holding the package at their warehouse for pickup only for the next ten days. Please pick up this package at the following address: FedEx Ground Facility
10400 NW 122nd Street Miami, FL, 33178.Please let me know if you are able to pick it up.

I received a notice that you did not pick up our package from FedEx within the 10 day timeframe as I had stated in the above chain. Due to the fact that you did not pick up the package, after I provided the tracking number to you as requested, the package was returned to me.
Since you have unusual business hours and were not able to pick up the package in time, I am requesting you send me a return label as I feel it was not my fault the package was not returned to you the first time. Or we keep the package, and you still process my request for a refund.
Please advise as to how we can fix this situation. Thank you.
September 7, 2016 at 8:59 pm #56399Hi Sue, apologies for missing the shipment. You can send it via USPS Priority mail. If you send us your PayPal address we can send you the $5.60 credit for that.
