Just read your recent post about the issues with the Flomio and iOS7. Bummer. How can I return my Flomio (didn’t even get a chance to use it) and go back in line for the next version?

Hi Guys,

I read your blog post and understand the decision to pivot to BLE. We have not been able to use our FloJack Dev Kit since receipt due to the ios7 issues, so I just want to confirm that I understand correctly and ask a few questions.

If we return our FloJack, you will send us a new BLE version once complete, is that correct?

Do you have a more specific estimate as to when the new BLE version will be completed?

Are we able to keep the current FloJack to work with (using ios6) until you are closer to releasing the BLE version, and then return it for an exchange?

Do you want the NFC Tags returned with the FloJack?

Will the SDK to work with the new BLE version be available/complete when the new version of the device is released?

I was going to ask about a flojack order I recently placed (october 25th). But seeing as how it looks like there are iOs 7 issues related to it, I am guessing delivery time is delayed. What’s the latest? I could go into my iOs 7 rant, but I’ll spare everyone…

Yes.

It’s in development and is set to be implemented for a large client in Q1 2014. Our production units will ship around the same time.

Like Ben, I received the flomio and had never the chance to use it 🙁
I also want to return it and get the BLE version instead in Q1 2014.
What should I do? Can you add me to a “Return List” or can we gat a separate email with the informations of the exchange? I don’t want to miss the chance to get a “form me” working device.

Give us a little status update in which you show us perhaps a glimps of a prototype, tell something about the progress and tell us how we can return our FloJacks.
