Hello,
We ordered a FloJack NFC Reader for iOS & Android (order #32609) back in December, and have since determined that this reader does not suit our needs as we had anticipated based upon your marketing material.
Can you please let me know what your return policies are, and if there is any chance that we can return the reader to you for a refund?

Hi Mike, sorry to hear the FloJack doesn’t suit your needs. What is the function it’s unable to perform that you anticipated given our marketing material?
At present time because of our company size and the overhead associated with managing returns, we don’t have a formal return-for-refund policy. We will, however, commit to help get the product working for you and stand behind all marketing material we’ve published.
