What is your return policy on your e-commerce. I placed an order but my phone (iPhone6s) was not listed on your supported product. The order has not yet been shipped, but I am concern that they are not compatible with my phone.

Hi Leon, our return policy is 30days from when you receive your order. We have a 5 day handling time that it takes to ship orders given the low volume of orders that we manage. You shipment should go out today.
