The nfc plus reader I received doesn’t look like the one on your website. It has a battery light and a comm light it doesn’t have the nfc and bluetooth light. I already downloaded the Dropbox offline version for the nfc plus reader but it still won’t connect to bluetooth on my iPhone 5s offline so what do I do

I downloaded the sdk that is Dropbox on the play store for iPhone and I still can’t connect to bluetooth offline what do I do

Hi Tyrece, the NFC Actions app on the Apple App store is compatible with the FloBLE Plus and will allow you to scan tags. I’ve also sent you our test application via TestFlight to your email on file in case you want to try that as well. You find that it’s a much more rudimentary app than NFC Actions.
