Tagged: Facebook, separating orders, twitter
Hi!
I put 18 FloBle Plus in my cart and want to ship them to Sweden. But no shippping cost appears, instead its a “state tax”, that i shouldnt be paying.
Seems to change when i order more than 15 FloBle. Why is that?
Not sure what the issue is. Make sure to enter your shipping address and choose “USPS PriorityMailInternational” as the shipping service (not “Local Pickup”)… You should not be paying sales tax since you’re purchasing internationally.
Let me know,
Richard

Look at the screenshots. 15 in the cart, no problem, 16 in the cart the option disappears.
Ahh, I know what the issue is. The USPS PriorityMailInternational service has a max weight limitation that 16 devices seems to be exceeding. There are two ways to proceed. 1) Place two separate orders. 2) Checkout with “Local Pickup” and we can offer FedEx International shipping service for $120 to Sweden. All units will be packed together. You can remit the $120 shipping fee via PayPal to info at flomio dot com.
Sorry for the inconvenience… we are working to improve out shopping cart software to prevent issues like these going forward.
best,
Richard
Okay, ill place 2 orders. Good because you can’t trust the Swedish Postnord anyway. Don’t want to put all the eggs in one basket when dealing with them. =)
Thank you guys for answering questions about orders and the SDK so quickly! Absolutely great support!
Thanks for the feedback. We’re really pushing for broad NFC adoption and feel closer to it than ever before. Please vocalize your support of our work on Facebook and Twitter as well as post product reviews for what you’ve purchased (click Review tab). It will certainly help keep our momentum going.
