hello,
First: does the NFC reader for ipad able to read a full Mifare ID? Our cards have mifare ID in this format that I need the device to reader fully. 801E579A713C03

Second: shipping to the UK…I was about to purchase a device, but the shipping is nearly as much as the device. is that correct?

Hi Christopher, the NFC readers we sell are compatible with iPads and are capable of reading the UUID off of MiFare cards. Shipping costs to international destinations is not cheap and yes the cost on our most affordable shipping option is roughly the cost of the reader itself. We work really hard to bring the costs of ownership down as much as we can but this is the best we can do at the moment. We offer “Local Pickup” as a shipping option where customers can arrange for orders to be picked up at our office in Miami Beach, USA but local taxes do apply.
