The flojack flashes 16 times and now nothing

I received my Flojack, when through the calibration process (it flashed 16 times) and when I went to test it with a flag I didn’t see the light come on again. What should I do next?

I am using the NFC actions iOS App. When I insert the flomio into the Iphone4 – it is detected but nothing happens when I try to read an NFC tag (no lights flash)

Hi Daniel, are you using iOS7? We have an issue with the iOS SDK that we haven’t been able to resolve yet on iOS7. The FlojackExample app works fine with iOS6 but we can’t get the NFC Actions app updated on the App Store until we fix the iOS7 issue.

OK – I don’t think it is to do with the iOS. I am using it with my device
I’ve been through the callibration process – but whenever I put the flomio to my iOs6 device – the NFC Action App detects it but nothing else seems to happen.

Maybe it hasn’t be callibrated properly – as it doesn’t seeme to flash anymore. (after the original 16)

Is there an alternative way to maybe get it up and running? (without going down the dev kit root – i am not a developer) Or is it a case that I need to send it back to you?
