I got an email with a link and a tracking number (LZ180861211US) on the 5th of Octobre, but it hasn’t been available since.

Could you please check if the tracking number is correct?

The delay in your order being delivered likely has to do with Hurricane Matthew that has impacted Florida operations. Either way, this is something that you will need to follow up with the shipping service USPS as the package is out of our control at this point.
