Hey Flomio team, I have a few FloBLE Plus readers running firmware version 1.16.03 and another one running 3.01.00. Is where a way for me upgrade the firmware on the readers? All of my readers are hardware version 1.03.

Hello Andrey, can you send me the reader serial number for the unit that you have running v1.16.03 ?? There is no way to upgrade reader firmware without sending the unit back to us. We can send you a replacement instead.

The serial numbers are in the RR330-00XXXX range. We have a show coming up soon so I’m nervous about getting them back in time. So far they’re working fine with the FlomioSDKPro. Is there anything I need to know about the older firmware compared the the newer one?

Hi Andrey, the old firmware works fine for your use case. The newer firmware supports complex functions mainly for Apple and Google Wallet compatibility.
