where is my item

Hi,
It almost 1 month we have placed order we are not able to track it
the tracking id is tell that it has been departed.
“Your item departed our USPS facility in MIAMI, FL 33112 on August 16, 2016 at 10:21 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination.”
From 16th its there only its not changing please track it and let me know when can i get my product

Hi Madhu, sorry for the inconvenience. You order was placed on August 12th and shipped on August 15th. Once we place the order into the shipper’s hands we have as much visibility as you to. As you pointed out they last tracked it departing the sorting facility on August 16th. They estimate it takes 6 to 10 business days to arrive at any destination globally so I would think it should be in your country by now. It might have been blocked in customs due to import duties needing to be paid. If so, your local customs agent should attempt to contact you at the shipping information you provided us:
