I placed an order on 8/15. I only today (8/29) received an email stating that my order was “complete”. It linked to a tracking number that shows the package was unable to be delivered. Is there an email or phone number I can use to contact actual support instead of posting personal information on a public forum?

Hi Nate, sorry for the trouble. We shipped your order on August 18th but because of some errors in our process the confirmation email was not sent to you until today. We have implemented measures to avoid this problem in the future. It seems that the shipment address you submitted is incorrect. We tried reaching you at the contact number you had on file but that number seems to not be in service.
This seems to be a perfect storm of issues. I apologize. Please reach us at the contact info listed on our About Page and we can handle your order resolution privately.
