Hey Eric, sorry to hear that.  As things stand we depend on the pre-order funding in order to cover the expenses of the FloJack production.  Once we start selling our first batch of units and get some cash flow we may be able to honor refunds, but not at this time.  We can offer to exchange your order for other items on our store of equal or lesser value if you’d like.

Marc, FloJack orders are shipping but at a much slower pace than expected. There are more than 1000 orders and we’re sending out roughly 30 or so a day. 60% of the orders came from our Kickstarter campaign last November so if your order was after that you might have to wait some time.
