Hi Choi, unfortunately we are still working on the FloBLE development. We have recently began carrying a new NFC reader from ACS, called the ACR35. Given that we continued to be delayed, we can send you an ACR35 instead of the FloJack.

let me know and I’ll do so.

Choi, your order #4849 was for a FloJack. We have FloJacks in stock but as indicated on this blog post we have experienced issues with the FloJack on iOS7 and have stopped shipping orders until we can resolve these issues. Meanwhile, we’ve been working on a new NFC reader that circumvents the audio jack with Bluetooth Low Energy that may be of interest to you. We offer customers that ordered FloJacks the option of swapping for a FloBLE by filling out this form.

Yes, I wrote that email. We can send you a FloJack if you want, but it will not work consistently with iOS7+. If you rather the ACR35 to complete your order at this time, we can send you that instead. We have ACR35’s in stock now and can ship your’s on Monday, October 6th, 2014.

Hi Choi, it was just submitted to the shipper yesterday and may take a day or so for the tracking information to be updated. Check back tomorrow.
