Hi,
I place the above order yesterday (15th March 2018) for a FloBLE EMV : NFC reader w/ SDK for Cards and a Flomio SDK Basic : Turnkey NFC Support.
I can see the status of the order is pending payment. Can you please confirm when you will take this payment and issue my order.
I have not received any email confirmation to state there was a problem with my card or the order.Thanks
AlisonMarch 16, 2018 at 11:58 am #62567Hi Alison, it seems your payment did not go through and that’s why you didn’t get an email confirmation. Currently your order #62557 is Pending Payment on your on your Flomio account. You can pay through Credit Card/Paypal by:
1) Login to your account at http://flomio.com/my-account
2) From your Account Dashboard look for the Recent Orders table and locate your order pending payment
3) Click the PAY button on the right hand column to be forwarded to Credit Card/PayPal for payment processing
4) Within the dialog/screen, enter your credit card/PayPal details and confirm payment
5) Confirm that the payment was completed successfully.best,

AlisonMarch 20, 2018 at 5:44 am #62640Sure, the way to do that is by creating an account on PayPal, tying your Bank account to that PayPal account, and then choosing PayPal as the payment option on your checkout.

We have received our order thanks.
We are now currently trying to use it – and we are having some problems. We are finding that the device will not connect to your test app (Flomio Test) which we downloaded from the Play Store?Is there anything specific we need to do in order to get it to connect?

AlisonApril 11, 2018 at 6:21 pm #62752Hi Alison, we have yet to implement support for the FloBLE EMV reader on our Android sample app. It’s working on iOS in case you have an iOS device handy. What’s your project use case and time line? We can try to prioritize EMV support to get you running.
