I ordered (#64651) NFC Patch Kit, the 14th. I noted in my order that if the shipping takes more than 2 weeks, I prefer to cancel. I didn’t get any feedback. On my order page there is nothing about the status of my command. I just know that I’ve payed – for shipping to France is 45$ which seems quit expansive for a very light product. No other information. Please let me know how much time it takes to ship to France that I can evaluate if I keep the order or if I cancel the payement through paypal. I need the product for a project, but if its arrive to late. I can not spend 120$ for nothing – I hope you understand.

Hi Wolf, your order was delayed due to some fulfillment complications on our side. You can cancel and receive a full refund if you like. We will hold your order until we get your response on what to do. USPS International rate is $45 which includes tracking and insurance. Anything cheaper has not worked for our size and global reach.

What’s happen?? I just ask to know when the product will arrive in France. I need it to know in order to decide it makes sense to order or to cancel. Since 6 days no answer.

Hi Wolf, my apologies I missed your last post and just seeing this now. We put your order on hold because we didn’t know if you wanted to use FedEx service or if you were going to cancel the order altogether. What a mess, I’m sorry this has taken so long to resolve. You can get a full refund, send it as is USPS, or pay another $70 to send via FedEx International.

Is there a human answering ? I asked 3 times to know how much time it takes to ship to France. Always you answering me that I can cancel the order. BUT THIS IS NOT THE ANSWER TO MY QUESTION. Is the question to complicate, are you not able to answer?

Wolf, sorry I missed that. USPS International says deliveries can take from 6-10 days but to France we’ve noticed shorter times in the past (depends on customs). FedEx International claims 3 days.

Great! So please proceed to shipping. As long it arrives the next two weeks, its fine for me. But that means it should be proceeded the next days.

Hello Wolf, your order has been sent as of February 15th and was received February 21st according to the tracking information:
If you have received it you will need to return it for a refund. If you have not received it, you will need to submit a claim with the USPS providing them with your tracking number above.

As I’ve no news since 10 days – I prefer to cancel the order as you suggested in your post the 24/01 and ask you a full refund.
