Hi, I am using FlojackBZR reader, Error block calling after every 6 seconds and Also when I am scanning in .ReadData mode it is taking almost 5-6 seconds to call delegate method didFindTagWithData after the sound of beep is this both the normal behaviour? and for some of the cases it is beeping around 4-5 times and then didFindTagWithData being called.
June 12, 2017 at 1:51 pm #60108Hi Vish, the audio jack isn’t the most dependable interface so make sure that your host device volume is raised to the max. If that doesn’t help then there may be an issue on how you’re implementing the SDK in your code. Have you tried our Flomio MW app that we shared with you over TestFlight? That should serve as a sanity test that the reader is performing properly.

June 16, 2017 at 10:55 am #60138We are using Kontakt beacons as tags and we are facing that issue of delay of 5-6 seconds, can you tell me exactly which method will call instantly after beep sound so we can start some loading there.
and also please share Flomio MW app on my so we can test the exact behaviour with our devices.
June 16, 2017 at 8:28 pm #60142Hi Vish, we sent you the TestFlight invitation to the Flomio MW app… did you get it?
RE: BZR latency, this is a tough issue to address since the slow response is due to the limitations of the audiojack interface. Have you considered our FloBLE products which are much faster?? FloBLE Plus and FloBLE EMV.

RichardJune 19, 2017 at 9:24 am #60159Thanks Richard for sharing app. Right now I am able to get data by sending APDU command, It is working properly for the first time but when I hit APDU command another time it is returning half data can you suggest me if I am missing something? I am also attaching screenshot of the Flomio MW app in which you can see some of the bytes are missing in second response.
APDU responce imageJuly 4, 2017 at 10:26 am #60289Hi Richard is there any other way to overcome this issue using same device?
July 5, 2017 at 9:54 am #60301Hi Vish, this is something that we can overcome but it will take some investigation and we are understaffed at the moment. You can try to implement the functionality you need yourself using the barebones device driver here. Otherwise, you can purchase Flomio Service hours for us to bring on the needed help.
best,
