Hi, I’ve been using the Flomio BZR for quite some time for testing, however recently I’ve ran into several times where the reader gets stuck in a state trying to check the license. I’m connected to the internet, here’s the print out from running my app using your API on iOS 11

It never starts scanning after this and just hangs. Unplugging the device doesn’t do anything, and restarting/force quitting the app doesn’t do anything either, it just going through these steps again. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.March 8, 2018 at 3:38 pm #62500
Actually in doing some more testing, I noticed I had the power cable for the Flomio reader plugged into USB on a computer where it has this issue. Plugging it into an actual outlet it works fine, so it may just be an issue where there wasn’t enough power to start the polling.March 8, 2018 at 6:48 pm #62505
Hi Jeff, glad you were able to get it going. For further sanity testing the Flomio Test application is a good tool. You can install it through TestFlight here:
