Hi,

My name is Daniel and I pledged for your company back in 2012.
I contacted you again in (i think) 2015 about getting the product shipped but had to fill in my address and all that. I have been overseas for the past couple of years and realize that the product is still on hold.

Since the Flojack hasn’t shipped yet, is there any chance to change it to another product at similar value as the Flojack is probably outdated by now since 2012?

Any help will be appreciated

Hey Dan, thanks for your pledge and long history of support. We tried to ship out all the pending KS orders but ultimately stalled because were getting a lot of returns do to outdated addresses. So now we wait for customers to reach out before reshipping. That said we’re willing to credit you any one production NFC reader of your choice. Just choose from this list and let me know. I assume you’re address on file has now been updated.
