Hi Praveen, thanks for the interest. Our line of NFC readers can satisfy your needs assuming the E Paper Smart Tag is using ISO14443 physical interface. This is very likely but not absolute. Beyond that and your battery life needs, the hardware should be able to satisfy your use case only in software. Our Flomio SDK provides you with a simple API to execute the data exchange commands (aka APDUs) to read and write to the Smart Tag as you wish.
