Shipping to India has been troublesome for other customers with orders getting hung up in customs. It shouldn’t take more than 10days for the shipment to reach India so please stay alert for calls from your local customs agent to settle any import duties.

Is this how you handle customer support? On a public forum? I have questions about an order I just placed but am not going to post info about my order on a forum and I hope you would note disclose my information on a forum either. Please give me an email I can use to contact support privately.
