Unregistered FloJack MSR

Hallo,

Couple of month ago, my company bought one “FloBLE Plus” and one “FloJack MSR” directly from your website. Using Base FlomioSDK 2.0 I experience no issue using “FloBLE Plus”, but i having trouble using “FloJack MSR”. It seems, that the device is recognized as an unregistered ACR 35, despite having all flomio stickers attached and an serial number.

Stefan, sorry for the issues. We had a process failure with the MSR fulfillment some months ago and your unit was likely impacted. I have added your device ID to the license database so you should be all set now:

Hi Eray, your device needs to be online in order to validate you active license. Are you connecting both devices at the same time? Can you record a video of the issue as you’re witnessing it?

Hey Richard,

Im running the app in xcode on my ipad and then I plug in the Flojack MSR.
There is no greenlight or anything all I’m getting is the not licensed error in xcode.

If I’m using the Flomio Test app, there is a greenlight and I can scan my Tags.
