Hi team,
Ordered 4 x ACR35 (OEM version of FloJack), received confirmation of such and USPS tracking details.
Received a package today but only 1 device!I need all 4 for an event starting 5 February – please advise!!

NeilJanuary 29, 2018 at 6:13 pm #62106Hi Neil, sorry for the mistake. We can send the remaining 3 units via USPS Priority but it’s not clear if they will arrive in time. FedEx International service is $130 if you’d like to pay for that though.

Yes, please send. I’m not sure why I would have to pay for your error though. I need these by 5 Feb, if FedEX is the only way, please proceed, but I’ll compromise and meet you half way on the charge.
January 29, 2018 at 7:44 pm #62108Hi Neil, I appreciate you willing to split the FedEx charge but it’s too big a loss for us that way. We don’t make any margin on the ACR35, only on the FloJack MSR, so we have little incentive to pay for such high freight cost even if we are in error. We would rather just refund the whole order and point you to another ACS distributor. I’m really sorry about this but we need to cover our costs or we won’t survive as a business.

January 30, 2018 at 12:12 am #62112Hi Neil, no international shipping service guarantees deliver date since customs processing varies. There are only estimates and you can find these on the USPS and FedEx sites.
