This product is an FCC certified NFC reader module with USB interfaces. It includes:
- Main Controller Board with USB interfaces
- 30mm x 40mm NFC antenna
- Flomio SDK Basic for easy mobile or PC integration
The FloBLE Module is an NFC Reader that connects to mobile devices via USB. It supports all the ISO14443 protocols for interacting with passive tags as well as mobile wallets (e.g. VAS, ECP, SmartTap). The mini does not include a battery and is designed to draw power through USB. This works well with RaspberryPis, Beagle boards, and other embedded platforms as well as mobile devices.
The FloBLE Module is certified with the FCC as a transmitter module allowing makers to build products using it and avoid having to get certifications of their own. Simply add a “contains FCC ID 2AQSJACM1255” label on the outer casing of your product and you’re covered. In other words, you can easily build locks, kiosks, digital signs, and other solutions that engage users via their mobile wallets. This works great with our PassNinja service.
Designed with developers in mind, the FloBLE Module are simple to integrate with apps running on iOS, Android, Windows, MacOS, or Linux. In less than 10 lines of code, a mobile app developer can integrate with the Flomio SDK to read and write an NFC tag or mobile wallet pass. For technical support on integrating the FloBLE with your app please check the forum. Variants of the FloBLE devices available include the Noir, the Plus, and the Mini.

Hi. We’ve ordered two FloBLE Module: NFC for DIY makers. This is what we’ve got https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_VY4po-bk3N0XAFPEQwng-xKu4z2iXSz/view?usp=sharing so I’m a bit puzzled:
– is this the same product and the only difference is how it looks in the photos?
– do you have an SDK for a device’s firmware developing
– how to get an SDK for iOS/Android? Thanks!

@Timur, email us you order number to investigate. The FloBLE module is the same internals as the FloBLE Plus so the same Flomio SDK works with it. Instructions to download and use the SDK are here: https://docs.flomio.com/
