Last week we announced our plan to open source the FloJack SDK. Well… our team at Flomio moves lightning fast and today we’re excited to officialy announce the release the FloJack Open SDK.

Obviously we’re not finished just yet. There’s still features to complete but from this point forward our team will code the library in an open and public manner. You, Kickstarter, can watch as each line of code is written, tested, and checked in (and… sometimes fixed).

You’ll see as we experiement, sometimes succeed / sometimes fail, and try try again. You’ll see us roll new features and squash bugs with a vengence. And for the devs out there – we extend an invitation to participate in the process and directly contribute code.

As far as we know, this has never been done before on Kickstarter.

BUT – there’s still much to be done. We can’t complete the SDK without reaching our funding goal and we can’t reach our goal without you Kickstarter. Spread the word. Post FloJack to Facebook. Twitter. Instagram. Whatever it takes. Help us get the word out.
